Initially rolling out to U.S. institutions, TOEFL Access will soon expand to a broader network of universities worldwide.

To further streamline admissions, TOEFL Access integrates with Slate, Oracle PeopleSoft and Salesforce, ensuring seamless data management.
While TOEFL Access currently enhances admissions insights, ETS is also developing a recruitment tool to help universities conduct targeted outreach and engage with top students globally.

Availability & Next Steps
TOEFL Access is now available for U.S. universities, with a global rollout planned for later this year. Institutions using ETS Data Management (EDM) will transition seamlessly to TOEFL Access.
The platform is available in two versions:
- A free version, offering all current EDM functionalities, including detailed TOEFL score data.
- A premium version, featuring advanced analytics, AI-driven support and much more
